Sinchi Warmi
Why should others care about what’s happening in Sinchi Warmi (an indigenous, women-operated society within Ecuador, meaning "Courageous Women") and in the Amazon? Because the jungle, our Pachamama (Mother Earth), is not just our home, it’s the lungs of the world.
If this forest falls, all of humanity falls. No one can be saved on their own; the planet is our community.
If the Amazon disappears, the world would lose its home, its balance, its breath, its nourishment, and its soul. It would lose the chance to heal and to live in harmony. Thousands of medicines, languages, songs, and ancestral knowledge will vanish.
Listen to our voices—they call for a better future.
Support our actions to protect what is ours.
Share our story, because every step matters.
We want to save our jungle, our land, our home.
